General Classes
General classes are suitable for anyone with no prior experience of yoga as well as more experienced students. I will tailor the work in the postures to individual abilities and needs.

in Fiveways Classes for two people bookable singly at a time of your choice. Please bring your own equipment and wear a mask when inside the building. No mask during yoga. Please bring warm clothing as the windows will be partially open to ensure good ventilation. Hand sanitiser available at the entrance. 75min, £20 p/person (£15 if also attending classes online). If classes are cancelled or you are unable to attend for Covid reasons, I will refund you. |
Getting ready for class
- Wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose. Leggings or shorts and a t-shirt are ideal.
- Be prepared to work barefoot.
- Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Allow 4 hr after a large meal and 2hrs after a light one.
- Please don't bring drinks to class. You can hydrate before or after class, no drinking during class.
- If you have any specific medical condition, injury or recent operation, please contact me prior to coming to class.
- For online classes: please invest in some yoga props. We normally use: mat, belt, blanket, four blocks and two bricks. Yogamatters has good quality props.
